About 6 weeks ago, a friend invited me to try a kickboxing, honestly, I thought it was going to be like your typical fitness class, some punching and kicking to music, bit of fun, nice workout.

Turns out, it’s so much more than that!

💥 It’s a legit kickboxing group, with Elite Ladies Kickboxing. We’re learning real skills, techniques and having a lot of fun!
💬 It’s a community, full of friendly, supportive, welcoming women.
✨ It’s empowering, I’ve just earned my white belt, the first step in my kickboxing journey, and I’m so excited for what’s to come!

If you’ve ever thought about trying something new, something that gets you moving, builds confidence, and connects you with amazing people… this could be it.

And I’ve also started strength training again 💪something I’ve loved for years, but I’d lost my groove lately 😕

This incredible client came to me at 13st, frustrated having tried different diets in the past!

In the first 6 months, she dropped to 12st through simple, consistent changes.
Another 6 months later, she reached 11st, without ever feeling deprived.
