Just a little note from me 🦋
Wood Wellbeing is mostly run by me day-to-day, messages, bookings, planning, and all the behind-the-scenes bits.

I’m really lucky to have support at times, and during sessions and setup, which I’m so grateful for. When it comes to communication and admin though, it’s still me working through it all.

I’ve just arrived back from some time away, so I’m currently catching up across everything. I’ve got events running, life ticking along, and a few things to stay on top of behind the scenes.
Alongside this, I’m also a mum, a military wife to a hard working hubby who has been away alot, and involved in community work, which is a big part of what Wood Wellbeing stands for.

At the moment, I have multiple messages across platforms, bookings, enquiries, and general chats, and I’m working through each one as quickly as I can.
If you haven’t had a reply yet, a gentle follow-up is always helpful.

I’ll be sharing more very soon about the Wellbeing Village, which I’ve been building on quietly behind the scenes this past week! Excited to get this rolling and thining an in person meeting might be great! Little networking never hurts.

If you’re trying to book and the website isn’t cooperating (it’s having a few issues at the moment), just message me on WhatsApp or Messenger and I’ll get you booked in manually.

Thank you for your patience and for being here 🦋🫶

This Sunday, step into something different.
A fully guided floating sound journey in a private, heated pool at Manor Farm, designed to help your body switch off in a way it rarely gets the chance to.

You’ll be supported on the water as sound moves through the space, with every detail considered. This isn’t just a sound bath, it’s an experience.

A 60 minute immersive sound journey
Followed by a health shot and gentle 20 minute free swim to ground and reset. A warm, luxury pool environment and health shots to finish.

Spacious, small group setting (never overcrowded)
Fully insured, first aid trained, and water safety aware, so you can completely relax knowing you’re in safe hands.

Suitable for both men and women, whether you’re completely new or already love Sound Jouneys.

This is your time to switch off, be held, and come back to yourself. Very limited spaces remaining.

Part 3. He made it to the vets 🍀
Umut has a urinary infection that had already become quite severe. They had to drain his bladder and he’s now on a drip, where he’ll be kept for a few days and closely monitored.

The vet has said it’s currently 50/50, but he’s very lucky he got there when he did, the infection was slowly poisoning him, and he wouldn’t have made it without intervention.
He’s in the best place now, and we’ll keep you updated as we hear more 🙏 🦋

I’m thinking of putting together a very relaxed, gentle outdoor sound journey session, maybe a couple of hammock to test them... 👀 in Amesbury/Bulford Wednesday help raise a little towards his care, would anyone be interested? 🐾✨️

I do find my self around animals alot but I have been really taken by this one 💙 praying so much he makes it through. If he does, the farm will have him neutered and he will come back here and be taken care of 🥹🥰

Step away from the noise and give yourself space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Flow Into Stillness is a carefully guided extended afternoon retreat designed to support your nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you back to yourself. Through a blend of movement, creativity, and deep rest, this experience gently takes you from flow into stillness.

With a maximum of just 11 guests, this is an intimate and supportive space where every detail is thoughtfully held.

What to expect:
We begin slowly, with time to arrive, settle, and enjoy a warm drink before easing into a guided meditation to ground and centre.
From here, you’ll be led through a gentle movement session designed to release tension from the body and create space both physically and mentally.

You’ll then move into our Journal Creation session, a guided journal workshop, with option to decorate your own journal using popular soft mandala dot painting, an easy option to make your journal truly personal. This is not about artistic skill, but about journaling, rhythm, focus, and creating something that feels personal and grounding, with gentle guidance throughout.

Then after a short break with tea and refreshments, you’ll be invited to fully let go during a deeply restorative floating hammock sound bath, allowing the body to completely switch off while being supported and held.
The hammocks are optional, you can opt for a blow up luxury bed.

We close the day with a final guided meditation, giving you time to integrate, reflect, and gently return, followed by space to connect or simply enjoy the calm before heading home.

As this is the launch of our collaboration, you will get a special take home gift bag.

If youd like to promote your buisness and add to the bags we can add your buisness cards and add you to all promotional materials.

He made it through the night but barely. Hes dipping in and out. Trying to keep him awake and helping with small water intake.
But something is really wrong. He’s very fragile.
He cried most of the night and was being sick, and cant stand, stayed with him to make sure he wasn’t alone.

Me and Hatti are taking him to the vets this morning with one of the volunteers to see what we can do.
Hope for Hope "Umut" 🦋🐾🤞

I was caught in the storm today, I found this little soul crying his heart out. Stopped me in my tracks. People said hes just crying as scared but I could feel him.

I quickly noticed he wasnt part of many well looked after animals on the eco farm, and he’s very, very unwell. Weak, struggling to move, and being sick.

I bundled him up. Dried him up. And we named him Umut, it means hope in Turkish. Felt natural.

We’re doing what we can to keep him comfortable, and we’re trying to get him the help he needs however its not looking too positive yet.

If you’re someone who believes in sending a little love, and a little energy, please send it his way.
Also i thought id see if anyone would like to contribute towards the vet and helping treatment, it would mean the world. The owner asked me to take care of him tonight as no Vets available today but he will take him tomorrow but vets are expensive for local. Id love to offer a little offering for him.

The farm has so many well loved cats and dogs.

Praying for Hope (Umut) tonight ✨️🍀🤞

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this one, I’ve been named a Finalist for Best Wellbeing Specialist in Wiltshire at the Muddy Stilettos Awards 🥹

If you’ve ever been to a sound bath, our free wellbeing hub, a session, a workshop, or even just supported what I do quietly from the sidelines, this is because of you.
Wood Wellbeing was never built to be flashy. It was built from lived experience, from hard moments, from wanting to create something that actually helps people feel safe, calm, and more like themselves again.
So to be recognised like this, it really does mean a lot.

If you’d like to support me, voting is now open and it honestly takes about 10 seconds.
I’ll pop the link in my bio. This will be a first for me to win something so im a little excited 🙈

Thank you for being here, for trusting me, and for being part of this journey, whether that’s been from day one or just recently.
