This isn’t something I’ve created… it’s something we’re all part of. The Great Synchronisation

Today at 5pm (UK time), wherever you are,
pause for 5 minutes.
People all over the world are pausing at the same time, together.

To focus on four words:
Peace • Love • Unity • Respect

Studies have shown that when groups come together in stillness, measurable changes can happen.

Amazing fact! Some research suggests that when even a small percentage of a population (often described as around the square root of 1%) enters a coherent, focused state, there can be reductions in social stress and even violent crime.
In one of the most cited projects in Washington D.C. (1993), around 4,000 people meditating together was associated with a drop in violent crime by up to 23% at its peak.

You can take that however you choose.
But at the very least,
we know 5 minutes of stillness changes you.
And that’s where everything starts.

Today, during our time together at the Amesbury History Centre, we will be honouring this moment in quiet, pausing intentionally so we can align with others across the world, exactly as it’s meant to be.

✨ The Great Synchronisation ✨
Just pause. Wherever you are.
At the same moment, people across the world will be pausing too.

Spring Equinox 🦋 May you find balance as light and dark meet. Today marks the Spring Equinox, a moment of balance. Equal light, equal dark. A quiet shift as we move into longer days and new growth.

I would of loved a morning at the stones, watching the sunrise and taking a moment to pause with the season changing.

This year looks a little different for me. I’m at the hospital with my amazing Mumma, for her second surgery after besting cancer. So no stones, no sunrise. Instead a waiting room and nerves.

But maybe that’s part of it too…
Life doesn’t always pause for these moments in the way we expect, but the shift still happens, whether we’re standing in a field at sunrise or sitting in a waiting room.

A gentle reminder that change, growth, and new beginnings don’t have to look perfect or aesthetic.
They’re happening quietly, all the time.

So no matter where you are, or your plans, find a moment today or tomorrow, step outside, take a breath, notice the light staying a little longer.
That’s enough. 🦋✨️

Please send Healing and Love for my mum today 💝

May you find balance as light and dark meet. Welcoming a new season of growth.

Quick little update ahead of Saturday 🦋

I tried to keep this short… clearly that didn’t happen so I’ve sped myself up a little 😅
We’re now just a couple of days away from our Spring Equinox Wellbeing Day and it’s all coming together so beautifully.
So many incredible local facilitators and small buisnesses giving their time to create something really special for the community, alongside the amazing volunteers at Amesbury History Centre and all the behind-the-scenes work from Stonehenge Chamber.
We’ve also got Frazer from The Captured Moments joining us to photograph the day 📸
If you’re coming along, everything you need to know is in this video, what to expect, what to bring, and how the day will flow.
And if you’re still thinking about it… you’re very welcome 🦋

✨️ Free Floating Sound Experience ✨

I’m creating some new content for Wood Wellbeing and I’m looking for a small group of people to join me for a Mini Floating Sound Journey at the pool.

This will be a 30 minute floating sound bath followed by a free swim, which is often one of the most magical parts of the evening as the body slowly wakes up again.

Because we’ll be filming and capturing the experience, I’m opening 6–8 complimentary spaces in exchange for permission to film and a short testimonial afterwards.

I’d love this group to be a mix of:
🦋 People who feel they could genuinely benefit from the experience right now
🦋 Anyone you know who truly deserves a moment of deep rest
🦋 A few people who have media presence and enjoy sharing wellbeing experiences on social media so we can help introduce floating sound journeys to more people.

If someone comes to mind, tag them or comment “FLOAT” and who you’d love to bring or nominate 🦋

One of the most common things I hear before a sound bath is: “But I can’t switch my mind off.”
You don’t need to.

Meditation is called a practice for a reason.
In traditional yoga philosophy, bringing your attention back to the breath or sound is known as Dharana, the training of concentration.

The mind wandering isn’t failure.
It’s part of the process.

Over time, that attention can deepen into Dhyana, a more natural state of meditation.

So if your mind drifts during a sound bath…
You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re practicing.
