Hi All,

Due to unavailability of delivery drivers coinciding with staff booked holidays,.we will be unable to provide deliveries for the next two weeks except on an emergency basis for housebound patients only.

Staff will be telephoning to let you know prescriptions are ready. Please can you arrange for family and friends to collect for you if you are unable to collect yourself.

We have tried to maintain regular deliveries whilst our regular delivery driver has been off but we no longer have cover. We have to prioritise the assembly of the prescriptions in branch over the delivery service due to being shorter staffed during school holidays.

We know this my cause some inconvenience but appreciate your understanding.

Kind regards
Spencer

We have been having issues with our phone lines where we can't hear when we answer the calls or it's not engaging the line.

We have tired unsuccessfully to resolve in-house and have an engineer coming to resolve on Friday.

Until this is resolved please order your prescriptions using my health online.

If you have any questions (not prescription orders) please email to margaretstreetpharmacy@googlemail.com

Alternatively call the your surgery.

Sorry for the inconvenience

Please share to anyone you know who uses our pharmacy.

Hi all,
We have switched over to a new computer system which will hopefully free up staff time to deliver more services at the pharmacy. At the moment it is taking us a bit of time to get familiar with it and get up to speed with it so please bear with us.

The medicines supply chain from the wholesalers is the worst it has ever been at the moment and many medicines are unavailable. We are working hard behind the scenes every day to source the medicines for your prescription. Again, your patience in this matter is appreciated.

Kind regards
Spencer

We will be closed on Monday 19th September for The Queensl's funeral.

If you were due to collect your repeat medication on this day, please collect the following day or later in the week if you have enough medication to cover.

If you will run out before Tuesday and haven't received your text to say you medication is ready by Friday morning then please let us know. We will be attempting to get all Mondays repeats done early by Friday afternoon so please wait until then.

Kind regards
Spencer
