Did you know that September is widely regarded as the “Self Care Awareness” month?
As we start to release our grip on summer ( some might say it’s already been washed away!) try to take a little time each day to practice a small act of self care- a short stroll in nature, a long hot bath, a healthy treat, or making a call to a friend. The more we can care for ourselves the greater our sense of joy and optimism. We’re only 3 days in, let’s get going!
