Here are just some of the common triggers I see in clinic ….

- gut dysbiosis
- bacterial overgrowth
- chronic stress
- nutrient depletion
- toxic overload
- food sensitivities

These patterns are individual, everyone has their own story. That’s why personalised support matters.

There is no single cause, no single solution.

Morning ritual for the inside glow 🍋

Extra-virgin olive oil provides healthy fats and antioxidants that support the skin barrier, while lemon gives that boost of vitamin C to help with collagen production. When your gut is supported, your skin follows.

Not a detox, just a simple, science-backed habit I’m loving lately.

NOTE *Not suitable for those with gallbladder issues.

Food matters, but it’s not the whole picture.

Stress, sleep, emotional load, nervous system regulation and many more factors all influence digestion and inflammation.

Healing works best when we look at the person as a whole, not just what’s on the plate.

If you need support, you are not alone, send me a message and we can chat 🙌🏻

Eating healthy isn’t always the missing piece.

When symptoms persist, it’s often a sign that the body needs support, not restrictions or rules.

Healing looks different for every body and it’s about working with your body.

If this resonates, you’re not alone. This is exactly what I support my clients with 🤍

Ten years of natural skincare taught me this: your skin doesn’t need more - it needs less disruption.

Many conventional skincare products contain ingredients like phthalates, synthetic fragrance, and certain preservatives that are known endocrine disruptors.

That matters because your hormones directly influence things like oil production, inflammation, skin barrier function, acne, melasma, and sensitivity.

When the endocrine system is constantly disrupted, the skin often shows it through reactivity, breakouts, dryness, or aging.

Choosing gentler, thoughtfully formulated skincare isn’t about being perfect or fearful. It is about reducing the daily load so your skin (and hormones) can function the way they’re designed to.

So many people come to me after cutting out multiple foods, feeling more restricted, more stressed, and still not feeling better.

While removing a food can sometimes reduce symptoms short-term, it doesn’t always help with long term healing - especially if we haven’t addressed the foundations first.

In many cases, progress starts with what we add: foods to support gut motility and microbiome diversity, foods for blood sugars stability and repair, minerals to support resilience, stress, and skin health.

This isn’t about ignoring triggers or pushing through symptoms. It’s about shifting the focus from fear and restriction to support and nourishment and working out what your body needs.

If you’ve been “doing everything” but feel stuck, you’re not failing. You may just need a different approach.

If you’d like support, you can work with me via the link in my bio.

My philosophy is simple:

Nutrition should support your life, not control it.

I don’t believe in fear-based food advice or one-size-fits-all plans. I believe in meeting the body where it’s at and building health in a way that feels calm, realistic, and supportive long-term.

Healing works best when it fits into real life.

If you want this, message me and we can make this happen for you.

Your skin is not the problem - it’s often a messenger.

The gut and skin are closely connected through the immune system, inflammatory pathways and nutrient absorption. When gut function is compromised, it can show up on the skin as eczema, acne, rashes or flare ups that feel totally unpredictable.

Supporting gut health can help calm inflammation and improve skin resilience. This isn’t about achieving perfection. It’s above understanding what your body is asking for.

Merry Christmas 🎄

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me this year – my clients, this community, and everyone who has trusted me on their wellbeing journey.

As we move into the new year, my Instagram will be changing direction slightly – becoming a space that reflects more of what I actually do, rather than just recipes. Expect more about natural wellbeing, nourishment beyond food, and the work I do with clients, alongside the things you already love.

If you’re still looking for a thoughtful last-minute gift, head over to my website and there might just be the right for someone you love (or for yourself 🤍).

Thank you for being here – I can’t wait to share what’s coming ✨
