Thrive Tribe and Shannon - Female Hikes & Trails brings you Coastal Ladies Day Out! 🙌😃
We are fellow anxious gals getting out and doing it anyway! If you struggle with social anxiety, perhaps feel a bit awkward and shy, maybe a bit of a goofball, and have felt you don't quite fit in, or simply want to meet new friends. This is perfect for you!
So come join us this February 11th.
At Oxwich Bay Beach.
12noon to 6pm

Start with meeting at the café by the car park at 11.30am, and after a brief run down of the day ahead and a welcome to all, we'll start with a circular moderately challenging walk. There are steps leading up a good incline, the distance is 7.4km. Good mobility and a reasonable fitness/be a keen walker or simply want the challenge is advised. The walk will be a steady pace, with stops to take in the views.
Followed by a break in the café, have a hot drink and get ready for the sauna, sea dip, and Tai chi Energise. Think Fire and Ice, your Yin and Yang energy!
Beginner Tai chi to Energise, you'll stoke your internal fire, ready for the first sea dip (optional of course) and then into the sauna. Breathwork to aid your breathing whilst you enter the cold waters. There are many benefits of cold and hot emersion, Boosts the immune system.
Reduces swelling and inflammation.
Improves mood, a you'll get a release endorphins and dopamine, and more!
The sauna is booked for 5pm for 55mins.
Finish the day watching the sunset, and depart when ready from 6pm.
