Me: Hey God.
God: Hello.....
Me: I'm falling apart. Can you put me back together?
God: I would rather not.
Me: Why?
God: Because you aren't a puzzle.
Me: What about all of the pieces of my life that are falling down onto the ground?
God: Let them stay there for a while. They fell off for a reason. Take some time and decide if you need any of those pieces back.
Me: You don't understand! I'm breaking down!
God: No - you don't understand. You are breaking through. What you are feeling are just growing pains. You are shedding the things and the people in your life that are holding you back. You aren't falling apart. You are falling into place. Relax. Take some deep breaths and allow those things you don't need anymore to fall off of you. Quit holding onto the pieces that don't fit you anymore. Let them fall off. Let them go.
Me: Once I start doing that, what will be left of me?
God: Only the very best pieces of you.
Me: I'm scared of changing.
God: I keep telling you - YOU AREN'T CHANGING!! YOU ARE BECOMING!
Me: Becoming who?
God: Becoming who I created you to be! A person of light and love and charity and hope and courage and joy and mercy and grace and compassion. I made you for more than the shallow pieces you have decided to adorn yourself with that you cling to with such greed and fear. Let those things fall off of you. I love you! Don't change! ... Become! Become! Become who I made you to be. I'm going to keep telling you this until you remember it.
Me: There goes another piece.
God: Yep. Let it be.
Me: So ... I'm not broken?
God: Of course Not! - but you are breaking like the dawn. It's a new day

Here it is 😍 my handmade drum on a handmade stand which has been made from recycled wood.

I am truly delighted and very grateful 🙏

Since making the drum back in 2021 I have been looking for a stand that it is befitting for it. I knew it would need to be handmade by a craftsman who is passionate about his creations and thanks to Mark of Celtime Woodcrafts my drum is sitting perfectly on this beautiful stand😍

Congratulations to Suara Sound Healing with Tuning Forks❤️💜

And there we have it. 🙏🙏🙏

My life's work of the past 14 years with my Suara Sound Academy has been recognised and validated and I feel such a sense of honouring my Heart and Soul for following my Dharma. My beloved career in nursing was cut short as I became very poorly and was retired out at the age of 45. The bountiful blessings of full healing through energy medicine and my Sounds has brought this day to fruition I am thrilled to say.

Working diligently over the past 14 years and training hundreds of Ambassadors of Sound in my bespoke way of using Tuning Forks has benefited so many I am humbled to share. I also said as long as people wanted to learn, I would always teach. And this stands as much today as back then. I KNEW it would get into medicine one day ~ and that day is here now.

"Sound is the Medicine of NOW."

The eposter submitted to the 32nd European Congress of Psychiatry in Budapest, Hungary today shows the study undertaken with myself of Suara Sound Academy and the wonderful Dr Dr-Neha Sharma of Aarogyam UK. The Congress occurs in April and the study will be there for all to witness globally. It will also be featured in the European Journal of Psychiatry this year too. It will be shared in it's glory after the Conference after the 9th April.

Conclusion of the study is:

"The unique results suggest the potential efficacy of Sound Healing in alleviating chronic pain and associated insomnia."
