Many indigenous tribes all over the world each have their own Shaman or medicine person. This person was connected to the spirit realm through the medicine wheel. Assisted by their spirit guides, often these guides were represented by animals such as Jaguar, Eagle or Snake. The Shaman’s purpose was to keep their people and their land healthy, invigorated and in balance.

I have trained under my own Shaman to connect with the healing energy of the medicine wheel.
