Been a busy bee 🐝 this morning. Collected my new leaflets from Designz absolutely fab service 😊.

Then on the way home I did some leaflet dropping 😁. Now arrived home, let's have a snack and some fluids to rehydrate 🧉

You might think these "w**ds" are annoying. These fluffy yellow beauties are packed with vitamins and minerals that are good for your health. Allow me to explain 👇

💊 Vitamin A- good for boosting the immune system. Helping your eyesight and also strengthening your skin and mucous membranes.

💊 Vitamin C- helps with wound healing, protecting the cells and keeping them healthy with its antioxidant properties. Vital in the production of collagen for the skin, bones, blood vessels and cartilage.

💊Vitamin K- blood clotting and bone health properties. Cardiovascular health to prevent the soft tissues from calcifying.

It also has liver detoxifying properties aiding in the help of your liver and bile production. It's also a diuretic helping with water retention.

So many good properties for a hated "w**d" I made some refreshing tea out of these dandelions yesterday, it was a glorious day and I picked them fresh out of the garden, gave them a swill with some cold water then boiled the kettle and let them steep for 5mins and enjoyed. This is what I love about nature 😍 everything is provided for you. If you know what you're looking for. 🩵💜
