Full night of kickboxing tonight starting with the kids class at 5.15pm ages 6 to 11.

Adults' class starts at 6.15pm for ages 11 (secondary school) and up (NO upper age limit... and it's never too late to start!).

No need to be fit
No need to have prior martial arts background
No need to be 'sporty'

Thank you to everyone that's supported the club over the past year - without the dedication and commitment from students (and parents!), we wouldn't have the fantastic club that we have.

Have a lovely Christmas and I shall see you all the week commencing the 5th of January!
