Mindfulness is incredible.

It’s actually possible to relieve the suffering of another person simply by being there for them.

You don’t need all the answers.

You don’t need to give advice.

In fact you don’t need to speak at all.

Just give that person your undivided attention.

Be fully present with that person.

Be available to them not just in body but also in mind.

That is the greatest gift any of us can give.
