What an absolutely fantastic Saturday we had celebrating our Cherrylicious HiFi launch at our Saturday morning Slimming World class🍒✨

The room was full of energy, laughter, and positivity from start to finish. It was so lovely to see everyone getting involved, enjoying the new flavours, and sharing ideas while continuing their journeys.

We had plenty of fun along the way, but most importantly, there was amazing support, encouragement, and lots of food learning too. Seeing everyone inspire each other is what makes our group so special 💕

Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a brilliant session – you really do make this community what it is!

What a way to kick off March with my amazing Ammanford group 💚

Yesterday we celebrated an incredible 51½lb loss in just one morning – I am beyond proud of every single one of you!

And the awards just kept coming…

✨ 2 Stone Award – 28lb gone and a whole new level of confidence!
✨ 1 Stone Award – that first big milestone smashed!
✨ Club 10 – 10% body weight lost and fantastic health benefits achieved!
✨ Slimmer of the Month – with a fabulous -10lb in just 2 weeks! Absolutely amazing!
✨ Slimmer of the Week – for continued loss over a number of weeks… consistency at its finest!
✨ New Stone Bracket – moving down into a whole new number on the scales 🙌
✨ Return to Target – hard work, focus and determination paying off!

As we step into a brand new year, I just want to say how proud I am of my 8am Saturday Slimming World family at The Gateway Elim, Ammanford 💚

Every single week we show up, we support one another, we learn, we laugh, and sometimes we wobble – but we never give up. That’s because what we do isn’t about quick fixes or perfection. It’s about real life, real choices, and building habits that last a lifetime.

We focus on small, achievable steps, because we know that those small changes really do add up to big results over time. Whether it’s making one healthier swap, planning a little more, or being kinder to ourselves – it all matters ❤️

If 2026 is the year you want to feel healthier, happier and more confident, remember you don’t have to do it alone. We’re here every Saturday morning, ready to support you every step of the way.
