What a great start to the term with two fab baby massage classes today. Some of the babies were more confident than others, hopefully they all benefitted!

This term is fully booked but Ampthill sessions starting late Feb have been released already.

I was speaking to one of the current attendees and she said she found breathing onto the ice cube (a technique we practised in class) really helpful for her labour.

Babies can be helped with their tummy ache and gas with baby massage strokes. Over 5 weeks we build up the strokes helping the baby and raising your confidence. Learning how to read your baby and support them in appropriate development are a couple of the extra things that we cover on my baby massage course too. If you are interested in booking a course for your newborn, dates have been released for january 26 for Ampthill and Bedford.

Do you fancy a gentle class with your new baby starting after the Christmas break?
Every Monday for 5 weeks join me to learn the strokes for your baby that will help improve digestion, reduce crying and maybe even improve sleep? We sing to the babies and provide age appropriate sensory inputs too.

I make time at the end of the massage to allow the group to chat over a cuppa and a biscuit.

I have been teaching baby massage for over 8 years and I love spending time with new parents and their little ones, helping to create friendships and supporting you on this journey.
