Do you fancy a gentle class with your new baby starting after the summer holidays?
Every Monday for 5 weeks join me to learn the strokes for your baby that will help improve digestion, reduce crying and maybe even improve sleep?
I make time at the end of the massage to allow the group to chat over a cuppa and a biscuit.
I have been teaching baby massage for over 8 years and I love spending time with new parents and their little ones, helping to create friendships and supporting you on this journey.

July has seen the safe arrival of many Yoga for Pregnancy babies!

This means there is space in the class from September for new women looking to relax and stretch their body in pregnancy, easing out aches and pains.

I was speaking to one of the new mums and she said she found the progressive muscle relaxation (a technique we practised in class) really helpful for keeping her calm.
If you are looking to find your new class why not give us a try one Friday evening?

Do you fancy a gentle class with your new baby starting in September?
Every Monday for 5 weeks join me to learn the strokes for your baby that will help improve digestion, reduce crying and maybe even improve sleep? We incorporate singing alongside the strokes to build different neural pathways in your baby's brain. Don't worry if you don't know the words, we have a song sheet.

It’s a bit 🔥 ☀️

Top tips for babywearing safely in this kind of weather (cos babies often still want to be held or you need to go somewhere)…

💦keep well hydrated
🕶find or make shade (brollies are good portable shades!)⛱
🧴protect exposed areas with sun block (zinc based) if over 6m
☀️use single layer breathable carriers (like the MiniSling, cotton ring sling, mesh carriers eg Izmi Breeze or the ultra light solar Integra or Tula Lite)
👍hip or back carries are cooler
🌞go out early or late, avoid the middle of the day
😎use a buggy for transport, (but don’t put cloths over for shade, it just raises the temp, use things like the UV snooze shade)

September course dates for Baby Massage and Mum and Baby yoga have been released...

If you are looking for a gentle and relaxing class to do with your new baby why not look at my baby massage? Over 5 weeks we learn the strokes that will help baby to improve their digestion and reduce crying, whilst also building their awareness of their body.

If your focus is more about your postnatal recovery and coming back to exercise after birth, my mum and baby yoga course will support that. We have baby join us on the mat whilst we stretch and breathe, easing out the postnatal aches and pains whilst entertaining the baby.

Looking forward to your joining me
Tracy
