We have recently seen the safe arrival of someYoga for Pregnancy babies - welcome little ones!
This means there is space in the class for new women looking to relax and stretch their body in pregnancy, easing out aches and pains.
I was speaking to one of the new mums and she said she found breathing onto the ice cube (a technique we practised in class) really helpful for her labour.
