There is no right moment. Just the ones we take.

Loss has shown me this in the hardest way possible. And now, I refuse to wait.

Today the world claps for strong women.
But we don’t need applause.
We don’t need permission.
We don’t need a single damn day to remind us who the hell we are 🔥🔥🔥

We are the storm and the shelter.
The fire and the hands that tend it.
The healers, the rebels, the cycle breakers who refuse to shrink, soften, or stay silent.
We’ve been told to be less, less loud, less wild, less us but we are done apologising.

We are the ones who rise, again and again, no matter how many times the world tries to bury us.

I know life is easier with women to hold you.
We are the creators, the nurturers, the ones who make everything sparkle, bitch ✌🏻
We birth worlds, rebuild after destruction, and turn even our scars into something holy.
We don’t just survive, we alchemise.

We are the ones they couldn’t burn.
And we sure as hell aren’t waiting for anyone to hand us our power!
We own it.

To the women in my circles, in my messages, in my life…you are everything 🥹 We walk this path together, lifting, leaning, learning. Not just today, but every damn day.

There are moments in life that leave an imprint on your soul, and last night was one of them 🐾

Our final Wild Woman Circle of 2024 filled my heart in ways I can barely put into words. There was something so raw, so deeply powerful about the energy we shared in the yurt. I felt it in every breath, every beat of my heart, something was shifting, transforming, and I was humbled to witness it 🤍

To hold space for women, to create a sanctuary to shed what no longer serves and step into wild, untamed power, is nothing short of sacred to me. The trust placed in me to guide this space is a privilege I do not take lightly. The connection we have is beyond anything I ever dreamed of, it’s deep, it’s real, and it’s changing lives 🥹

In those precious moments, the flicker of candlelight, the grounding energy of the earth, and the pure sisterhood that surrounded us, I could feel the magic. The magic that happens when women gather, share their truths, and stand together in their authenticity. It was a space where every heart beat together in unison, every soul shining brightly, and every spirit rising higher ✨✨✨

I can’t express enough how much this work means to me. To watch women grow, to witness their courage, their vulnerability, and their transformation, it fills me up in ways that fuel my entire being. I am in awe of each woman I work with. They inspire me every single day.

Here’s to more magic in 2025, more sacred space, more soul connections, and more Wild Woman energy flowing through every part of our lives.

Let me tell you, yesterday’s movement and somatic workshop was something truly special.

We didn’t just move, we let our bodies speak wordless wisdom.

As we danced, stretched and melted into the floor…tension softened, minds quited and hearts felt heard 🌹
