LIONS GATE
The Lion's Gate Portal and its significance!
August 8 is indeed considered a powerful time for manifestation, especially with the alignment of Sirius and the sun in Leo. This cosmic event is all about harnessing positive energy and focusing on your desires.
To make the most of this day, you might want to engage in some self-reflection and gratitude practices. Visualising your goals during meditation, practicing breathing exercises, and spending time in nature can help you align your energy with the universe. Remember, the idea is to open your heart and connect with your inner self, which can supercharge your ability to manifest your aspirations.
And don’t forget the importance of affirmations and expressing confidence in your journey! The principle of "where attention goes, energy flows" is a great reminder to focus on what you truly want to attract into your life.

Exploring some of the main health benefits of Qigong?

Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, and breath control to promote health and well-being. It has been practiced for thousands of years and is believed to have numerous health benefits. Some of the main health benefits of Qigong include:

1. Stress reduction: Qigong helps to calm the mind and relax the body, which can reduce stress levels. It promotes a state of deep relaxation and helps to release tension and anxiety.

2. Improved balance and coordination: Qigong involves slow, controlled movements that help to improve balance and coordination. It can be especially beneficial for older adults who may be at risk of falls.

3. Increased energy levels: Qigong helps to improve the flow of energy, or Qi, in the body. This can result in increased energy levels and a greater sense of vitality.

4. Enhanced immune function: Regular practice of Qigong has been shown to boost the immune system. It can help to strengthen the body's natural defences and improve overall health.

5. Better sleep: Qigong can help to improve sleep quality and reduce insomnia. It promotes relaxation and can help to calm the mind before bedtime.

6. Pain relief: Qigong is effective in reducing chronic pain, such as back pain, arthritis and fibromyalgia. It helps to improve circulation and release tension in the muscles and joints.

7. Improved mental clarity and focus: Qigong involves mindfulness and concentration, which can help to improve mental clarity and focus. It can enhance cognitive function and improve overall brain health.

8. Lung capacity: With the Deep regular expansive breathing improvements have been seen for asthma and (COPD) sufferers.

9. Mental Health and Depression: Given the relationship between physical and mental health, general improvements in physical health or reductions of chronic disease symptoms may help to improve mental health. Chronic physical health problems are associated with stress, anxiety, depression, and poor mood.

10. Menopause/ Peri-menopause: Due to the variety of symptoms, including as above broken sleep, joint pains etc. Regular Qigong practice would assist in overcoming many areas of concern
