🤔 How often should I get a Sports Massage?
It all depends on the individual. When deciding how frequently you should have a sports massage, training intensity, frequency, and length should be taken into account.
▪️For higher performing athletes, getting a massage once a week is highly recommended
▪️Getting a massage every 2-4 weeks is strongly advised for regular gym goers or athletes who take their exercise and training seriously.
▪️For most people who do regular light exercise once every 4-6 weeks is usually sufficient
