1. You don’t need to “earn” a massage by being in pain.
Honestly — you’re allowed to come in just because your body feels a bit tight, stressed, or tired. Massage isn’t a luxury; it’s maintenance. Little issues are always easier to sort before they become big ones.
2. Please tell me if something doesn’t feel right.
Too warm, too cold, too much pressure, not enough pressure… I promise you’re not being awkward. Your comfort is the whole point, and I’d much rather adjust than have you lying there wishing you’d said something.
3. Hydration really does help.
I know everyone says it — but coming in well-hydrated means your muscles respond better, and you’re less likely to feel achey afterwards. Your body will genuinely thank you.
4. Feeling emotional is completely normal.
Massage releases tension in more ways than one. If you feel teary, overwhelmed or unexpectedly relieved — that’s absolutely okay. You’re in a safe space.
5. Consistency is where the real magic happens.
One session can make you feel better — but regular treatments help keep your body moving well, reduce niggles, and support your wellbeing long-term. Think of it like regular MOTs for your body.
✨ And if your body is gently hinting that it’s time… you can book your next massage whenever you’re ready. I’d love to look after you. 💛
