Decided it’s time to let you in a bit more 👋

I’ve always focused on sharing helpful info and tips (and those aren’t going anywhere!) — but I’ve realised I want this space to feel a bit more me.

So I’m trying something new: showing more of what I get up to day-to-day — running, coaching, massage, training with friends, and winding down at the end of it all 🏃‍♀️💆‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🌙

It’s not always polished, but it’s real. Hope you enjoy seeing a more personal side of what I do and not just inside my treatment room💚

📅 New Hours:
Monday: 1pm-7pm
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 9am-12pm / 5pm-7pm
Thursday: 9am-12pm
Friday: 9am-7pm
Saturday: 8-10am
Sunday: Closed
