Try diaphragmatic breathing. 🫁 Breathe in through your nose, allowing your stomach to rise. Breathe out through your mouth. 🌀Practice nose breathing.

It helps filter and warm the air.

Just a week to go until the Hampshire Hospitals Charity 5 km Colour Run in Harewood Forest!

🏃‍♂️ What’s happening:
👉A fun-filled 5 km run or walk through woodland paths
👉Splash through six colourful paint stations—you'll leave white and return looking like a masterpiece
👉Great for all ages and abilities—walkers and runners welcome
👉Free warm-up session hosted by us and Harriet!

💡 Tips to enjoy it even more:
👉Wear trainers or walking boots
👉Bring a water bottle and a charged phone
👉Dress down—you’re going to get magenta!
👉Parking available at Wherwell Pavilion (just follow volunteers’ directions)

Overeating puts pressure on your digestive system.

Eat mindfully. 🍽️ Use smaller plates. Eat slowly and chew properly. Pause during meals to check hunger levels. Turn off the TV. 📺
