We care deeply about helping people live healthier, happier lives — and that’s why this September, we’re dedicating an entire month to giving back to our community!

We know how frustrating it can be to struggle with pain or movement issues — and how long NHS wait times or costs can get in the way of getting help. So we wanted to create something different: affordable, focused physio clinics designed to support you where you are right now.

These clinics are about equipping you with actionable steps and guidance to start feeling better quickly and confidently. They’re a brilliant introduction to physiotherapy, helping you take confident steps toward better health — while our full physio appointments remain available for more detailed assessments, hands on treatments and ongoing care when needed.

You can choose the week that fits your needs, or join us for more than one if you want to tackle multiple issues:

W/C 1 Sept – Knee Pains or problems (£20 per session)
W/C 8 Sept – Shoulder Pains or problems (£20 per session)
13 Sept – Sports injury prevention (football, rugby, hockey, netball) (£20 per session)
W/C 15 Sept – Spinal issues (neck to lower back) (£20 per session)
19th & 20th Sept - Children's Physiotherapy (£35 per session)
20 Sept – Caesarean scar assessments (£25 per session)
W/C 22 Sept – Hips, ankles and feet pains or problems (£20 per session)
W/C 29th Sept - Elbows, wrists and hand pains or problems (£20 per session)

You can now block-book your classes, which means less faff each week and more chance to build real progress. It also helps our brilliant teachers personalise your sessions and support your goals from week to week.

Only 7 days to go!!! To celebrate our first birthday we have decided to organise a 5km route to encourage people to get outside and exercise and raise money for charity! You can walk it, run it, cycle it, and there’s even an easter egg hunt (and short cuts) for little ones taking part. Its completely free to join however if you’d like to make a donation to the amazing Naomi House which is a local children’s hospice then it would be much appreciated! It starts at The Wellbeing hub anytime from 9:30-12pm. PLEASE DONT FORGET TO REGISTER ON OUR WEBSITE! (We want to make sure we have enough prizes!).

What is Naomi House and Jacksplace?
Naomi house is a beautiful children’s hospice and Jacksplace is a young adults hospice, providing respite and end of life support to 550 families across Hampshire and surrounding areas. We had the privilege of visiting on Friday and meet some of the amazing team that work there. Every detail is thought through beautifully to provide every family with the opportunity to make amazing memories together & provide much needed support throughout their journey.
It takes a huge amount of funding to run so any spare change you have to support this amazing charity whilst having fun outdoors on Sunday is hugely appreciated!

New position opening up at The Wellbeing hub! We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated personal trainer to join our team Mornings, evenings and weekends!

You will be working with a variety of clients from rehabilitation post injury/surgery with physiotherapists, to clients looking to improve their health goals. You will be working in a multidisciplinary team with lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

Open to newly qualified and experienced personal trainers alike. Must have Level 3 Personal training and have (or be working towards) their GP referral/Long term conditions qualification.

Job open until the 25th April 2025, Interviews on the 2nd May 2025. Message for the full job description.

Just cant beat this weather at the clinic! 🥰 The sun helps to provide the only vitamin that we can absorb through the skin - vitamin D! The UVB rays hit a type of cholesterol just under the skin which changes into Vitamin D3x Research shows the majority of the UK have a vitamin D deficiency - especially this time of year. So whose getting out in the sun more today?

Our Story

My name is Emily and I am a qualified physiotherapist who has worked in elite sport for over 7 years as well as within the NHS. I wanted to provide a service that was both proactive with the pilates classes and sports massage, as well as reactive with the physiotherapy sessions to help people be pain free for as long as possible!
