To get started with us we have all new members run through our fundamentals program. For traditional gyms this is just a quick run through of the equipment. For us at AFS we start coaching. We are kicking off our Next Hyrox block this Saturday at 8am. If you are interested in doing a Hyrox event but not sure how to train for it then this plan will get you race ready.

Beginners or seasoned racers this plan will:

✅exercise technique
