Well done to the Teams who headed to Southern Quarter this weekend for a mini hyrox event. More a race then crossfitsโ€™s test of all round fitness HYROX is the same format the world over. 8x1000m run intervals sandwich a row, ski, sled push, sled pull, walking lunges, farmer carry, burpee broad jump and wall balls. Some cracking times achieved by the teams which could lead to more Hyrox events in the future ๐Ÿ’ฅ. You did AFSCrossFit Proud ๐Ÿ‘Š
