Closed the clinic this morning, to break out my massage setup for - weather warnings and event shelters are not a good combo!

Best make use of a morning off - first Parkrun in a little while, complete with impromptu mud baths and water splashes - great stuff! Just starting to feel my feet once more...

Well done to all who turned out - fingers crossed for better weather next Saturday, to bring on the pre-/post-run massage treatments...
