Pilates and Yoga with Bunny Reformer Pilates Studio / Rehabilitation / Performance Massage / Health All classes are booked and paid for in term blocks following school half term times.

Pilates is a series of nonimpact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. Strengthen and lengthen the muscles to create ' overall body length' and improve posture. Pilates is also helpful in preventing and rehabilitating from injuries, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and balance. According to Joseph Pilates, "You will feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions and have a completely new body in 30 sessions."

Classes held in Andover, Hampshire. Usually 6-8 weeks. Bunny Randall is Level 3 qualified Mat Pilates Teacher and qualified with YMCA training board. Part of REPS. Also qualified in Ante and Post natal Level 3 with YMCA. Level 3 Yoga. APPI Reformer teacher. "I look forward to meeting you and developing your mind and body."

Strength / Control / Flexibility & Balance

This week we are looking at flexibility for the limbs. And building a whole load of control, strength and precision while we do it.

The clip shows various different levels. All my classes require to be pushed differently. Everyone of my clients will get an explanation and exercise to fit around their personal abilities.

Another strong week incoming for my classes and 121’s.

It’s week 3 of my term….

Week 1 was Stability and Stabilisation for the joints.
Week 2 was Strength in the Trunk - front and back.
Week 3 is here…. Strength in the larger muscles of the limbs.

I think / I write / I do / I write / I think…
I adapt and am ready for every injury and ability modification as a progression or regression.

The spine IS moveable / so are the shoulders. They both need incredible strength to support them.
Classes this week have focused on anterior and posterior chain strengthening. This is harder than it seems to the eye.
As always everything and everyone I teach gets their own adaptations and modifications to their level.
