I have finally managed to pin her down and Instagram live with our very own nurse and adhd assessor Nicky from the TLC hub.

We will be having a frank discussion on all things ADHD from symptoms, assessments, all the way to medication and how you can manage ADHD not only yourself but how others can help you.

✨ She speaks several languages, loves travelling, and is passionate about discovering new cultures and cuisines.

✨ Outside of work, Lilly finds joy in gardening, experimenting in her kitchen, connecting with nature, and spending precious time with her loved ones.
