It’s almost the end of the week and there’s still time to get some mindful practice in 😌

Why not join the lovely Jack at 9:30am today (still time to book on!), for his Mindful Movement practice 🙏🏼

This small group training session is designed to build strength, balance and connection through mindful movement.

Blending bodyweight exercises with controlled flows and breath-led techniques, it helps you move with greater awareness and precision. It’s not about rushing or pushing through reps, but about training with intention, improving coordination, stability and control while developing a deeper understanding of how your body moves and responds.

In September we will dive into the solar plexus chakra, which is connected to the element of fire and governs our passion and purpose in life.

This is the centre of our personal power, where we find the strength, inspiration and motivation to take action and to make things happen.

When in balance you feel confident, magnetic and determined to manifest your dreams into reality. We will move through a strong yoga practice to ignite that fire and passion within you and to connect you deeply with your soul’s purpose.

We will also bring in meditation, energy clearing techniques, breathwork and affirmations to deepen the journey and leave you feeling motivated to take action where it’s needed in your life ✨

Autumn Mini Retreat! Booking is open 💛🎃☕🧘
25th October 4pm-7pm

Step away from the noise and spend a few hours immersed in self care at this mini retreat at Let’s Retreat in Angmering.

As the sun goes down we’ll gather in a cosy yurt for gentle yoga, meditation, relaxation, a sharing circle, intention setting and release, plus soup and marshmallows around the fire.

Come by yourself or with a friend, share or just listen - this is your time to embrace the season and this time for yourself.

As summer winds to a close and the evenings draw in, autumn calls us to slow down, root ourselves and find warmth in the quieter months ahead.
I’m excited to announce three new autumn dates for my meditation evenings at Let’s Retreat, each one a space to breathe deeply, move gently and settle into the changing season inside the beautiful yurt, warmed by the log fire.

🍂 12th September – Gather the Light
A time to gather what nourishes you and let the rest fall away.

🍁 10th October – Into the Stillness
Breathe into the quiet between what was and what’s to come.

🌙 28th November – The Light Within
When the world darkens, tend the flame inside.

Each evening blends pranayama breathwork, gentle Qi Gong, and immersive headphone-guided meditation. A restorative pause before the busy months ahead.
