This Sunday we have the lovely Meghann back with her chakra series, this time focusing on our third eye chakra ✨

The third eye chakra, associated with higher knowledge, your sixth sense and the cosmic vision beyond the world we see. This is the centre of your intuition and inner wisdom. When in balance the mind is open to possibility and you begin to have a greater awareness of the world around you.

Together we will flow through a yoga practice to spark your imagination as we energetically connect into the third eye. We will also bring in meditation, energy clearing techniques, breathwork and affirmations to deepen the journey, opening your intuition and allowing your higher wisdom to come alive.

Why don’t you end the week gently with a nourishing yin class with us tomorrow at 9.30am with the lovely Lucy 🫶🏼

Leaving our cozy yurt feeling more present, this is an opportunity to slow down, to be still and dive inwards for a while. In the busy-ness and noise of life it is a chance for some quiet. The poses are passively held between 1-5 minutes and props are used so you can relax into them.

Yin Yoga targets the deeper tissues of the body that hold tension and the joints. This style of Yin has come from Taoist Yoga so also targets the meridian lines of Chinese Medicine.

It's a little ways off, but I'm so excited to share a brand-new event for the new year - a cosy, fire-lit gong bath held inside a beautiful nature based yurt .retreat in Angmering. As winter begins to lift, but the long and dark days continue, this will be a gentle space to unwind, breathe, and settle into warmth and sound.

If you’re looking for something nourishing to look forward to (or perhaps a meaningful Christmas gift), this might be the perfect treat.

So excited for my final Soul & Sound event of the year at .retreat on Saturday 6th December, 3-5pm 💫

In December we’ll be leaning into the energy of trust - cultivating a practice of deep faith that everything is working out exactly as it should, for your highest good ✨

Slow intentional movement to shift and expand your energy. Easing into a state of complete surrender, where my magical crystal bowls will then take you on a journey to awaken the bliss within 💛

It’s not through force but through surrender and opening that we find our way back to our centre. Releasing all that is no longer aligned in order to step into all that we are meant to be 💫
