I'm absolutely gutted I couldn't run my last ever groups this week due to testing positive for covid yesterday! What a sodding week for that to happen 😩
6.5 years have flown by & it certainly has had its ups & downs but boy what a ride! I have met some amazing people along the way, colleagues & members alike, most of which will be friends for life. Slimming World has certainly changed my life in so many ways & will always have a piece of my heart ❤️
I achieved more than I ever imagined & will always be proud of myself for that especially through challenging times!
For now it's onto new adventures 😊

Our new home from tonight!

Ok...so...if you're sitting there thinking to yourself "I am definitely going back to Slimming World at some point or "I am absolutely going to get around to joining at some point" then this is for you 😘

Because if you bear in mind that, at the end of next month, we'll have done a quarter of the year already, then it's easy to see how time slips away.

So how long are you planning to leave it? 🤷‍♀️

Imagine what you could achieve in one month? Half a stone? EASY! 😊

So imagine what you could achieve in 11 months? Target? ABSOLUTELY! 😃

T'was 6 weeks until 🎄Christmas and all round the town, ex Slimming World members were starting to frown.

"Oh why did I do it?? "
"Oh why did I lapse?? "

I'll give Michelle a call 📱 and maybe perhaps ... she'll welcome me back with arms open wide & help me lose a stone so I don't have to hide.

Then up from the roof tops there came such a shout ...

'Of course you can come back, of that there's no doubt!'

Michelle was swinging from the chimney above, to shower all members with much Christmas love! Shouting

'I can help! I can help! Just come back to group. Back to the Free Foods 🍝like the stews 🍲and the soup. 🥣With Healthy Extras 🧀and Syns 🥂 how can you fail?
It really doesn't matter if you've slipped off the rail."

Happy 1st November everyone.

We've got so much happening in our groups this week. I'm really excited as we're holding our Mr Sleek and Miss Slinky finals alongside fabulous food taster sessions 🥳🥳❤️
