Fight off any winter blues with a regular yoga class, it does help to keep mind and body balanced 💪🧘‍♂️

Classes start back this week! Spaces are available in all classes.
Next week a complete beginners 4 week block will start on Thursday 5.30-6.30pm in Forfar at the rugby club with Angus Physiotherapy. Please get in touch if interested.

Westmuir Mondays 6-7pm

Charleston Mondays 7.45-8.45pm

Montrose ( at the Caley Golf Club) Wednesdays 6.15- 7.15pm

Forfar Mens Class with Angus Physiotherapy at the Rugby club Wednesdays 8.20-9.20pm

4 Classes for £24 or drop in £7

Yoga for Health and Balance


  • Classes are suitable for anyone who is keen to learn (through movement and breathing) how to make their body and mind as strong and healthy as possible.

  • Prior fitness and flexibility are not necessary at all.

  • ...although students with the above attributes are welcome. Yoga is fantastic for promoting flexibility, resilience and balance in both athletic and non athletic students.

  • Yoga poses are demonstrated and explained with options , so that everyone can participate according to experience and actual physical ability
