Meet our newest team member, Jacob💪🏼

Jacob is a dedicated personal trainer focused on improving both physical and mental well‑being. He is currently studying Sports Coaching at university, with a strong academic background in strength and conditioning and a genuine passion for helping people build confidence alongside their fitness. With over four years of consistent gym experience, he brings both practical expertise and a deep understanding of effective training.

Before entering the fitness industry, Jacob spent years playing football, developing a strong foundation in athletic performance, discipline, and functional movement. This background shapes his coaching style, blending strength training with performance‑based principles.

Jacob specialises in coaching adults aged 30+, helping them build muscle, tone up, and feel stronger in everyday life through supportive, structured, and tailored training

His mission is to help people build strong, capable bodies while developing confidence that carries into every part of their lives.
