It was pleasure to have Miss Anca Breahna, consultant plastic surgeon visit us in St Hugh’s Hospital, Grimsby. I was able to share my ‘R’ Breast Reduction/uplift technique and was excellent opportunity for exchange of experience and skills.

This is the end of anther week of teaching and training. Today today we had a senior colleague, two aesthetic fellows and a visiting fellow from Pakistan. I was able to share my current technique of Extended COMBO ‘R’ face and neck lift which is combination of deep plane approach on the face and my ‘R’ approach for the neck to get best of both.

I kept my Saturday free for mentoring a junior colleague who recently completed 6 months Aesthetic Fellowship with me. The first major case was FDL abdominoplasty. It was pleasure to support in the planning, marking and ex*****on. The patient had smooth and wonderful post operative recovery. The day well spent.

It was an honour and humbling to receive the Aesthetic Educator of the year Award yesterday at Annual Dinner of British Aesthetic Association of Plastic Surgeons - BAAPS held in the House of Commons, London. I am ever so grateful to BAAPS for this honour.
