Our practice will be closed from 1pm on Wednesday 3rd September for a planned engagement session to support our local Shaping the Future of GMS programme. We will re-open again at 8am on Thursday 4th September.

We are experiencing some intermittent issues being able to reach some patients due to the ongoing issues with telephone networks nationally. This is a network issue and we believe it is affecting some networks more than others. We are able to take incoming calls and make outgoing calls, but the issues lie with the destination network. If you are expecting a call from us this morning and haven't heard back from us by 2pm, please call us back.

If our phones lines are busy, you can now request a call back - this holds your place in the queue without the need for you to hang on the phone...you can even select what number the system calls you back on!!! It's already proving popular!
Remember, if you request this option then you need to make sure that you are available to take the call back. It should also not be used for urgent matters.
