Did you know I’ve been trained in Reflexology for 30years?

I offer 30 minute & 1 hour sessions with added time to relax afterwards & a 15min consultation prior to your very first treatment 🥰

Here’s a little bit about it……

Reflexology is a complementary therapy involving applied pressure to specific points on the feet that correspond to different body organs and systems. Based on ancient practices, it aims to reduce stress, relieve pain, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being by stimulating the body's natural healing processes.

How it Works: Practitioners use thumbs, fingers, and knuckles to apply varied pressure to "reflex points," which are believed to map to specific areas of the body.
Benefits: Potential benefits include deep relaxation, reduced anxiety, eased muscle tension, improved mood, and decreased pain.
Techniques: Sessions may involve techniques like "thumb walking," rotating the toes, and applying pressure to specific zones to break up tension.
Complementary Method: It is not a substitute for conventional medical care but is often used alongside it.

Must’ve been the quickest day yesterday at work……

Arrived at the salon for 7.45am…. Yip a nice early start!

* Luxury pedicure with heated boots
* ACP….. Xanthelasma removal (see last picture for before & after) These are harmless, yellowish, soft cholesterol deposits that form under the skin around the corners of the eyelid.
* Eyebrow wax with a mini manicure…… thanks for the lovely flowers you brought Sharon their gorgeous 💐🥰
* Dr Hauschka “1 hour for myself facial”….. so relaxing…… includes a face scalp shoulder & hand & arm massage…. Would definitely recommend 😌
* Gel polish Application
* Exfoliating facial peel…. Quick facial that removes all the dead skin if you’ve very little time!
* Alkaline wash for lip hair removal & brow & sensitive wax tint/thread
* Alkaline wash for full face with brow wax…..

Quick day….. got finished at 4.30pm……. Inbetween times resetting rooms, cleaning, making appointments, laundry & checking messages & paperwork etc …….Multitasking to the max……. Love it 😁🙌😅

Now having a super chilled out much needed day ….. building LEGO with my son (titanic to be exact as he’s super obsessed with that ship 😂🚢⚓️)

Roast beef’s in slow cooker…..
