Lost skills , and others require only informal support with daily functioning. We will work with clients to ensure they reach their maximum potential, from management of their self- care and psychological health to returning to work in either a paid or voluntary capacity. Most clients have experienced a huge sense of loss across multiple aspects of their life. The trauma associated with this can have huge ramifications for their psychological and physical wellbeing. Families too, often need support to contend with their own feelings of fear, anxiety and low mood, as well as changes to their role and relationship. Clients and families will be helped to understand and adjust to the changes that have occurred in their lives.
Our aim is to help clients live a fulfilling and functional life according to their own aspirations, whilst ensuring their safety and wellbeing. We have dedicated office personnel who have developed expertise within their area allowing them to respond appropriately to queries and needs. Many of our nursing and support staff are fulltime and have been working for the company since it formed. This level of experience
