Coast Health They work alongside our Practice Manager and our Reception Team.

Coast Health has a team of five GP's, a Nurse Practitioner, a Practice Nurse,a Healthcare Assistant, Pharmacists and Phlebotomist who all work between our Pittenweem and Elie surgeries.

Many pharmacies and GPs in Fife are closing for the upcoming public holiday (Monday 6 October).

Please allow enough time to order and collect any prescriptions you depend on, to ensure you don’t run out.

GP practices in Fife are taking part in a Protected Learning Time session on Thursday 18 September between 1pm and 6pm.

Practices take part in a number of sessions throughout the year to allow staff to access training. During this time:

▶️ patients requiring urgent care should call: 01592 729 250
▶️ those with appointments should attend unless advised otherwise
▶️ pharmacies should call: 01592 729250 for urgent enquiries

Access to urgent care for patients of surgeries taking part will continue throughout this time. GP surgeries will resume their usual working hours again on Friday 19 September.

The East of Scotland Breast Screening Service will be operating a mobile screening unit at St Andrews East Sands Leisure Centre from 25 July until the end of October.

Invited GP Practices:

We are closed on Wednesday 18th June from 1pm to 6pm for staff training. The practice re-opens as usual on Thursday 19th June.

Econsult will be open until 4pm on Wednesday 18th June and from 6am on Thursday 19th June. All requests will be dealt with on Thursday so if you require urgent care when the surgery is closed please call 01592 729250 (1pm to 6pm).

From all of us at Coast Health, we would like to thank you for your co-operation with the launch of our new online system. Change is always hard but the overwhelming positive response has been hugely appreciated.

As a team we truly believe that they system has made our triage system safer and more efficient by directing you to the right person at the right time.

Although it is still early days we can already see this new way or working will be beneficial to us all.
