Come and try out a fun and energetic class for kids!

The classes will focus on moving and having fun through jumping, hopping and balance helping children develop motor skills as well as confidence. They will also incorporate specific Pilates fundamentals such as control, coordination, breathing & mind body connection. Most importantly we keep it simple by creating patterns of movement and using imagination.

We will plan exercises around a theme using stories, songs & small equipment such as balls & beanbags to add fun and imagination to the classes for the children.

Pilates can help:

⭐️Develop postural awareness and encourage mindfulness in movement and at rest
⭐️Improve core strength, balance, endurance, flexibility & coordination which in turn can improve sports performance & help to prevent injuries
⭐️Develop interpersonal skills working with partners in class helping to increase confidence & self-esteem
