We maybe on holiday but Pilates will still be firmly part of our weekly movement whether it’s 10-minutes or 45-minutes a day to ensure our body feels good in other activities we do.
If anyone knows our three little rockets 🚀, they keep us well and truly on our toes!
Pilates allows us to keep up with them 🙌. Keeping our bodies agile, flexible and strong so that we can enjoy the activities our kids enjoy alongside them with better ease 👍.
Don’t forget you can sign up to our Anytime Pilates and keep moving well outside of our studio while we’re closed for a couple of weeks! Mike has done some great summer mat classes for all levels ranging from 10-minutes to 40-minutes 👍💪.
