✨Pilates & Events Round-Up✨
We’re wrapping up the final week of our current 8-week Physio-Led Pilates Mat and Reformer block, and it’s been fantastic to see so many of you progressing in strength, control, and confidence!
Our classes are led by Mike, our Lead Physiotherapist, and Becky, both are APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trained — combining clinical expertise with the precision of Pilates movement.
If you’ve been considering joining, our next block opens soon — look out for details this Thursday! Our classes are open to everyone — no levels, just supportive, physio-led movement to help you build strength, prevent injury, and improve posture and balance.
