Heres abit about Gary and his experience:

"I’ve been training for over 20 years sports and fitness has always been a big part of my life. I’ve seen first hand how regular exercise can completely change not just how you look, but how you feel, stronger and more confident, healthier, and most of all HAPPY!
That’s what inspired me to take the next step to qualify as a personal trainer I wanted to turn my passion and the experience I've learnt to help others in a safe and professional way. My goal is to help people build strength, get fitter and above all actually enjoy doing it!!!

Sean joins us with a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry.

Sean has been a sports massage therapist for 5years along side being a personal trainer.

We look forward to having Sean around the gym and don't be afraid to give him a shout to avail of his services.

We have an opening for varied hours across the week. This is initially a temporary 3 month position which may be extended.

You will have free access to the gym, a uniform will be provided as will necessary training.
