~ Gentle / Beginners Yoga ~
A class for that is suitable for those returning to Yoga, those beginning for the first time or those recovering their health or post injury.
Each week will be a gentle practice to build strength, mobilise the spine and joints and improve posture and balance. Various breathwork will be taught and props are used and encouraged to build confidence in movement.
