We often don’t acknowledge our own strengths and good points. We can tend to focus on the negative. Lets all big ourselves up today 😌

What do you think is your greatest strength?
Maybe it’s your kindness, your creativity, your ability to keep going when things are tough… or something quiet and steady, like the way you always notice when someone needs a little support.
And if you’re not sure what your greatest strength is right now, that’s okay. When we’re feeling stressed or a bit too hard on ourselves, it can be tricky to see the good stuff clearly.
So here’s a little trick..imagine asking your best friend, someone who knows you well and cares about you…imagine asking them what they say is your greatest strength? What do they admire in you?
Sometimes seeing ourselves through someone else’s loving eyes can help us reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten for a moment.
