Month’s Mind Acknowledgement for the late John Slane

Carol, Martin, Lisa, Michael and the extended family circle of the late John RIP wish to express our deepest and most sincere thanks to everyone who supported us and shared in our sorrow following the heartbreaking loss of our beloved husband, dad, grandad and brother.

We are truly grateful to our family, friends, and neighbours who surrounded us with kindness. Those who visited our home, attended the funeral, sent Mass cards, messages and flowers, and offered comfort in countless thoughtful ways.

A heartfelt thank you to Very Rev Sean Emerson PP for celebrating John’s Requiem Mass and for his comforting words and prayers, which brought us great comfort.

We would also like to thank Pat Ruddy and Brona Conway for the beautiful music and singing, which added so much to the Mass and reflected John’s spirit so well.

We would like to thank Wrays Funeral Directors for their professionalism and respectful handling of all the funeral arrangements aswell as the personal attention given to the family and to John.

We are especially thankful to Dr Kidd and Dr Cosgroves GP practice, the nurses of the treatment room and the reception staff for their compassion, care and dedication shown to John over the years and our family, it will never be forgotten.

John's Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 31st August at 11am in St Comgall’s Church, Antrim.

Forever in our hearts.
