All Of You Antrim Counselling We provide trauma and talk therapy informed by the latest approaches and research in the field. I provide EMDR therapy for trauma and PTSD.

I provide counselling for people affected directly or indirectly by issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal feelings or ideation, self-harm, childhood abuse, grief, anger, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, panic attacks, family problems and work related issues but this list is not exhaustive. So if you are affected by any of the above, or distressed, and feel you need to talk in confidence, please contact me.
