📣 Class announcement: 👣 We are so delighted to be able to share that in follow up to a successful launch of Blissful Babies NI Baby Reflexology classes in September, we will commence our second 4 week block on Monday 3rd November in Antrim 🌈

🍃 This will be a calm space for nurturing touch and gentle connection through baby reflexology.

👶 A baby-led course designed to support you & your little one through the early months.

🌙 Classes suitable for babies from birth and pre crawling.

⭐️ During the 4 relaxed sessions, you will learn gentle reflexology techniques that will help ease:

☑️ colic
☑️ constipation
☑️ reflux
☑️ sleeping difficulties
☑️ teething

✨ A beautiful way to connect with your baby while supporting their wellbeing. You will be guided step by step using organic cold-pressed sunflower oil (provided) in a calm, supportive space.

☕️ complimentary refreshments served after class and an opportunity to chat with other parents in a calm environment.

✨ We look forward to meeting you with your little one and providing a safe, relaxed environment ✨

🎶 As part of our programme, we use the power of repetition by singing the same songs at the start and end of the session 🎶

🧰 As a parent, this is a powerful tool you can use to help your children develop their speech, language and communication skills

🧠 As a parent you may learn some new songs (we have!), while supporting your baby’s brain development!

☺️ We encourage you to sing the songs at home so your baby has the opportunity to associate them with a time of calmness and connection calm ✨

🙋🏼‍♀️ Are you curious about baby reflexology, but are not ready to commit to the cost of a class? Read on….

✨ Blissful Babies NI has decided to host week 1 as a “taster” session with no charge or commitment to completing the 4 week block.

💡 We are so keen to share the benefits of Baby Reflexology with parents in the local area, while also providing a relaxed and nurturing environment for you and your little one.

🧰 Learning the reflexes and techniques will equip you with tools to use right throughout childhood. It will help you create pockets of relaxation time and connection with your children as they grow and develop.

📚 It is a beautiful skill to have to use throughout common life experiences such as colic, teething, constipation, toileting difficulties, sleep difficulties, adjusted to changes, but to name a few.

👶 It is not just for use on baby- we have seen the benefit of Reflexology use in toddler and school age years when there are many changes happening.
