Top tip: Start tracking your symptoms.

Perimenopause isn’t just hot flushes. It can show up as:

✨ Brain fog
✨ Low energy
✨ Irregular periods

These changes can be easy to dismiss as stress, a busy life, or just getting older—but patterns don’t lie.

This is one of the most common myths—and it couldn’t be further from the truth.

The reality? So many women have no idea they’ve entered perimenopause.

Instead, they’re left wondering:

• Why can’t I sleep like I used to?
• Why is my body changing even though my lifestyle hasn’t?

As we head into the weekend, it’s a great time to pause, reset, and show yourself a little kindness 💛

Perimenopause can feel like a lot at times — changing hormones, busy lives, and everything in between — so taking even a small moment for yourself really matters.

💡 A gentle reminder: if you’re in perimenopause, contraception is still important. Even with irregular periods, ovulation can still happen — so staying protected gives you one less thing to worry about.

Whether it’s rest, a walk, time with loved ones, or simply doing nothing at all… you’ve earned it 🌿

🐣 Wishing everyone a very Happy Easter — may it be filled with rest, renewal, and a little bit of chocolate too!
