Adventures With Poco Begin Again 🏃‍♀️🐶

Since I tore my hamstring tendon again back in March (first time being in 2013 🙄), I’ve not been able to run at all 😫

Last week’s holiday however was my gentle introduction back to, well not quite running, but I’ll call it trotting for now 😂 and thankfully I had no adverse affects, in fact I felt really good 🤗 So now I’m back home there really wasn’t anything stopping me from keeping it up, so here it is, first weekend back to trotting with Poco 💜🙏
