NEW CANCELLATIONS POLICY AS OF MONDAY

*I NOW REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE OF ANY CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.
*48 HOURS OR LESS WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF YOUR TREATMENT
*24 HOURS OR LESS WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE OF YOUR TREATMENT
*NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE
* Please note that if you are any more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I will have to reschedule your treatment as I will not be able to complete it in that timeframe. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
* If you are running late but arrive in the timeframe the treatment will start from the original time slot
I’d just like to remind everyone that I am a small one woman business if I’m not working I’m not getting paid. And I have bills to pay and mouths to feed just like everyone else!
