Emerald Light Therapies with Helen

The therapies I offer are Reiki, Crystal Reiki and Crystal therapy. Also, Angel therapy, Energy EFT and Angel / Oracle card readings.

Please contact me for further information and prices. I have been interested in holistic therapies for many years and completed my Reiki first degree in 2004 followed by the Reiki second degree a year later. Since then I have become a Reiki Master & Teacher. I have qualified in Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy and Energy EFT. I have since completed an Angel Therapy course and a certified angel card reading course. I am based in Appledore, North Devon just a few miles from Bideford where I have set aside a tranquil room to work from. Holistic Therapies work alongside conventional medicine and aim to bring balance to the body on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. There will be an initial consultation where you will be given the chance to ask any questions and have any issues clarified before proceeding. You have the treatment fully clothed but may be asked to remove glasses and shoes and you can choose to have the session lying down on the therapy couch or to sit in a chair. Confidentiality is respected at all times. Although I do not have set opening hours I can make arrangements to offer appointments most days and times. Gorse symbolises hope, resilience and optimism.
In Celtic tradition gorse is thought to protect against negativity.
The beautiful, bright yellow flowers represent the 'fire' ('spark') required for new beginnings.

Today the stone chosen is fluorite, a protective stone that draws off negative energy.
Green fluorite resonates with the heart chakra and can help clear emotional trauma.

The first card is ~ hope
This beautiful card has strong connections to nature. The rainbow is a symbol of hope and joy.
The message asks you to expect happy changes to come into your life.
Butterflies are a symbol of hope, transformation, rebirth and personal growth.

From Keeper of the Light, by Kyle Gray ~ Ashtar (a multi-dimentional being) promotes truth, peace and harmony.
For those ready it is time to step up and create the changes you wish to see in the world.

'I am learning over here'.
When I was on earth I thought I knew it all.
I didn't understand spirituality nor appreciated the beauty of nature.
I am learning to see from a higher perspective. I feel
a sense of wonder and inspiration at this new view!
As the previous barriers to communication are now lifted, I can understand you. I hear you!
Please do not worry, I no longer judge or dismiss you or anyone.
I have only compassion, understanding and love for you.

This last card has shown up several times over the last week, for me and for my husband.
Today it slipped from the pack whilst I was shuffling the cards.

'It was my time to go'.
This is a sign or message from a loved one and a beloved pet.
We had to make the hardest decision to let our cat, Dennis go on his next journey, the rainbow bridge.
This message gave us comfort and helped us so much.

For anyone who has questioned, why a loved one has died. Or wonder If you had done or said something differently, it could have changed the inevitable.
It couldn't. . .
it was their time, a bigger cosmic plan often beyond our understanding is guiding their journey.
You did the very best that you could and to them, this meant everything.

It is time for you to believe in your self. You are probably your own worst critic. It is time to change, take small steps to replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

The drum often represents the heartbeat of Mother Earth. It helps strengthen our connection to the earth.

Octopus
Keywords - reaching,
yearning, lack of boundaries & direction.
Although intelligent and perceptive a lack of boundaries can lead to well-intended but messy relationships.
This message comes as a reminder to keep out of other's business. And not to share your own without some restraint.
If you feel drained or uneasy after being with someone the octopus energy has been at play!

Begin to establish healthy boundaries, stay patient and firm. This could be an old habit to change. But it can be done.

Balance - intelligent, interested, engaged
Out of balance - needy, clingy, lack courage
To balance - space for oneself, talk therapy

The octopus is highly intelligent, representing regeneration and adaptability.
Octopus is also a symbol of healing and resilience.

This may not be easy right now, but try and think of a time you were happy.

Happy memories can help to change your thoughts and energy.
It can have a magical affect on your mood. As you begin to feel lighter and more positive those around you will too.

Red tigers eye is a very grounding and protective stone.
It is thought to help overcome lethargy and help with motivation.
Fire agate has a deep earth connection and a calming energy.
It helps one feel safe and secure.

Clear boundaries and grounding are always sound advice.
As is the first message of the day, to believe in yourself.

The fire element bring all these traits to the fore. For those who are ready, it will help to bring the drive and motivation needed to move forward.
This could be with any aspect of your life, maybe a creative project, a career change or further education.

The Celtic goddess Epona is associated with horses. Epona represents fertility, the home & journey of the soul.

Horses are revered by the Native Americans, who see them as sacred & intelligent beings.
Horses represent power, freedom and there is a deeply spiritual connection.
They are messengers between realms.

Many of you may have heard of Horse therapy (Equine therapy) which is healing with horses.
Horse therapy can help those with trauma, PTSD, mental health issues, autism and disabilities.

There are centres in the UK and abroad that heal with horses.
Several reservations in the USA, have recognised the benefits of horse therapy. The young teenagers respond and connect to the horses. It brings positive, calming benefits to their mental health and general well-being.

For those not ready for the fiery energy for 2026, it is okay to go at your own gentle pace. Horses also have calm, healing energy.

What is ideal love? Does it exist?
Explore this as Zaphkiel raises a higher loving vibrational energy. Do not cling to the idea of love of past relationships.
A new vision is needed for those of you in a relationship and for those seeking new love.

The first card is Raphael, Earth Force.
Archangel Raphael's message, "You are in need of grounding and connecting to earth energy".
Raphael reminds us of the energy centres that are around us. Glatonbury Tor is the heart chakra of the world.

When we are busy working, looking after others, we can get distracted and disconnected. Then we may feel stressed and tired.
This message reminds us to connect with Mother Earth, Gaia. This will help us to slow down, become calmer and find peace within.
Walks in nature, in parks and gardening can all help us feel grounded. Even 10 minutes can help make a difference.

Stop and notice nature, it's beautiful, the snowdrops, crocus and daffodils are all making an appearance.

Notice how your body responds when you have been outdoors.
And we are getting some dry days and blue skies 😊.

Emerald is a beautiful stone that resonates with the heart chakra.
It is associated with Archangel Raphael.

Dragonfly spirit brings the messsge to spend time in nature. Mother nature is sunshine to your soul.

The dragonfly is a messenger of hope and is associated with the mind, illusion and change.

Next we have panther spirit, pouncing into the lives that appear stagnant. Panther energy causes havoc with good intention.
