Emerald Light Therapies with Helen

The therapies I offer are Reiki, Crystal Reiki and Crystal therapy. Also, Angel therapy, Energy EFT and Angel / Oracle card readings.

Please contact me for further information and prices. I have been interested in holistic therapies for many years and completed my Reiki first degree in 2004 followed by the Reiki second degree a year later. Since then I have become a Reiki Master & Teacher. I have qualified in Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy and Energy EFT. I have since completed an Angel Therapy course and a certified angel card reading course. I am based in Appledore, North Devon just a few miles from Bideford where I have set aside a tranquil room to work from. Holistic Therapies work alongside conventional medicine and aim to bring balance to the body on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. There will be an initial consultation where you will be given the chance to ask any questions and have any issues clarified before proceeding. You have the treatment fully clothed but may be asked to remove glasses and shoes and you can choose to have the session lying down on the therapy couch or to sit in a chair. Confidentiality is respected at all times. Although I do not have set opening hours I can make arrangements to offer appointments most days and times. For this Wednesday's reading I am using my new deck. Native American oracle by Maxine and Spirit.

A simple yet powerful message from Horse Spirit today ~
'Don't let a stumble in the road be the end of your journey.'

For the Lakota, horse (sunkawakan) is a gift from Wakinyan (Thunder Beings).
And for many Native Americans a powerful healing source .
Some reservations recognise and accept 'horse therapy'. It is seen as an effective, healing therapy for children and teens.

If you have decisions to make, need answers or you feel that some time out will help you find direction.

Ask the angels for guidance, to help you find the right place to retreat.

For this Wednesdays reading I am using Kim Krans, Animal Spirit cards.

The card chosen, is the wolf, a powerful spirit animal.
Keywords, guardian of family and tribe, activism, ritual

The wolf upholds the mission of the pack.

If you are drawn to the wolf this balanced, healthy energy shows through mentorship, activism and teaching.
One of the lessons, is not to assume others will follow in your footsteps. For instance, children may not choose the same career. The teachings are to practice tolerance and to embrace all. Exclude none.
A lesson that may be uncomfortable at first but one that is key for balance within the family or group.

Wolf, for me, is associated with leadership. Those with wolf totem are happy on their own and also within a group.
Wolf has strength and stamina, relying on their instincts.

Another message is to find time to relax and to play. Balance is key.

Today. Wednesday, I am using the Animal Spirit deck by Kim Krans and Messages from yourAnimal Spirit guides by Steven Farmer.

The animal spirit card is, Oyster.
Keywords ~ patient, secret-keeper, hidden treasure

Those who resonate with the oyster spirit are focused and determined. Often achieving what they set their minds to, with
grace and with charm.

But, the one problem for these beautiful people, is that they can take their inner gifts for granted.
And being shy and doubtful can withdraw, hiding and protecting these inner treasures from others.

When the Oyster card flips out, it brings the message that it is time to reveal your hidden gifts.
Others are waiting to know what they are . . .

Out of balance - reluctant, gripping, 'clam up'
To bring back balance the message is to share something 🤗

From the animal spirit guide, Dog.

The message first asks why are you giving away your power?
Are you trying to please others? Or rely too much on their opinions?

Do not give away your power or compromise your personal integrity by pleasing others. Nor by relying on them for advice.
Although, some can give advice, be a sounding board that will help you find your own way.
These people do not judge or criticise and can remain impartial yet helpful. Spirit recognise them as "teachers".

Be loyal to yourself and trust your inner guidance.

Tigers Eye ~ the beautiful colours of this stone are gold, brown, red and blue.
The gold (yellow) stone is associated with the solar plexus.
It can increase positive qualities and is known as "the feel good stone".
A stone for new beginnings, it can help bring balance and grounding.
It is useful for those who put blocks in their way.

Blue tigers eye has similar traits and is associated with the throat chakra. So can support communication, bringing integrity to your words.
Helps to reduce stress and is calming.

Focus on your health and well being. Stay centred and focused on what you need to change. Do not focus on fears or doubts or distractions.

Take small steps to a healthier and happier life style.

The Crystal Ally cards by Naisha Ahsian.

The road that stretches before the seeker isn't always an easy one. It can take courage and stamina to travel.
