Emerald Light Therapies with Helen

The therapies I offer are Reiki, Crystal Reiki and Crystal therapy. Also, Angel therapy, Energy EFT and Angel / Oracle card readings.

Please contact me for further information and prices. I have been interested in holistic therapies for many years and completed my Reiki first degree in 2004 followed by the Reiki second degree a year later. Since then I have become a Reiki Master & Teacher. I have qualified in Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy and Energy EFT. I have since completed an Angel Therapy course and a certified angel card reading course. I am based in Appledore, North Devon just a few miles from Bideford where I have set aside a tranquil room to work from. Holistic Therapies work alongside conventional medicine and aim to bring balance to the body on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. There will be an initial consultation where you will be given the chance to ask any questions and have any issues clarified before proceeding. You have the treatment fully clothed but may be asked to remove glasses and shoes and you can choose to have the session lying down on the therapy couch or to sit in a chair. Confidentiality is respected at all times. Although I do not have set opening hours I can make arrangements to offer appointments most days and times. The deck I am using is Healing with the Fairies by Doreen Virtue.

The oracle card for today is, 'Inner child'.
The message ~ time for self nurture and for the patience to heal at your own pace.
Our inner child, the child like part of our personality needs the following ~

Take time out for play, fun and laughter, anything that will help you feel positive.

♡ Playtime, have a go on the swings, or build sandcastles . . .

The message today has come to remind us all to invest in ourselves. And having time out to play is a wise investment.

We spend a lot of time investing for others, family, neighbours, work etc. We need to add our 'self' to the list, preferably at the top of the list. 🤗

This combination helps self love and self confidence.

Today, is my Nanna's birthday (heavenly) so this has evoked some beautiful memories.

The wild unknown animal spirit deck by Kim Krans brings today's message.

For this Wednesday's reading I am using my new deck. Native American oracle by Maxine and Spirit.

A simple yet powerful message from Horse Spirit today ~

For the Lakota, horse (sunkawakan) is a gift from Wakinyan (Thunder Beings).
And for many Native Americans a powerful healing source .

For this Wednesdays reading I am using Kim Krans, Animal Spirit cards.

The card chosen, is the wolf, a powerful spirit animal.
