You do not need an endless supply of supplements if your diet is right! I take creatine for cognitive function and muscle health, black seed oil for inflammation, omega 3, 6, 9 support and for collagen and vitamin intake (90% of collagen is absorbed with this product - fact).
Also, if you are juicing get the most out of your fruits and veg, invest in a good juicer. My purchase from is still going strong after many years! ππ―π«
