EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
Are you struggling with stress, anxiety or trauma? Would you like to learn a simple but effective technique and be guided in a safe place to release these emotions?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or ‘tapping’ as it is commonly known as, works by tapping (using your finger tips) on meridian points whilst focusing on the issue. Meridians are energy lines that run through the body, which connect to your emotional brain. When tapping, you are tapping the ends of the meridian lines to release stuck emotions. Any issues which could be stopping you from moving forward in life or being fully who you are, can be addressed in a gentle way, even releasing trapped emotions without discussing the cause.
EFT is known to eliminate or significantly reduce the emotional issue. Recent evidence shows that releasing emotional blocks can also help to make significant improvements in physical symptoms. The basic techniques are simple and non-invasive giving yourself an extremely powerful tool that you can also use between sessions.
What to Expect During a Session
1. We will discuss and identify what you want to achieve from this session.
2. We will look at what is blocking you; your fears, anxiety’s and stresses that need addressed.
3. Once we have identified the major issue and identified how much stress this is causing in your life we will start the meridian tapping, adapting it as the sessions unfolds.
4. At the end of the meridian tapping we will tune into the body and feel what has shifted and what still needs working on.
5. There will be an option to learn how to do the meridian tapping on yourself so you can empower yourself and help move towards your goals as efficiently as possible.
