Facing our shadow can be difficult it requires a lot of inner work. The process encourages us to explore repressed aspects of ourselves as we face difficult emotions and experiences. This journal will help you start the process of healing, through engagement with shadow work prompts and exercises that inspire growth, resilience, and positive change.

Shadow work prompts are questions which helps us tap into our beliefs, perceptions and emotions which are repressed within the subconscious mind. Questions inspire the act of self – realisation therefore, a very powerful tool for personal growth.

Shadow Work allows us to develop our own unique voice by giving us the opportunity to process our emotions in a safe space. Journaling helps us to clarify our thoughts, therefore creates space to consider them in a more objective way. As a result, we gain valuable self-knowledge and insight.

Self – discovery is a transformative journey toward self-awareness and healing. By exploring our thoughts and feelings, we feel more whole and authentic.
