I'm on my next catch up list, I'll pop out messages tomorrow.

So my booking system is playing up and has my diary open till midnight.
I'm trying to rectify this, there are no midnight appointments.

Good morning
As most of you know my wee body has not been the greatest this past year.
10 months in of still attending neuro physiotherapy.
Unfortunately I have still not got the full feeling/power down my left side.
Lots of other symptoms along with it.

At yesterday's appointment I've been advised to cut back my work schedule again.
I've tossed and turned the whole night and have taken the advice. Made the decision to take one appointment per day for the time being then will assess in the New Year.

I can't thank my lovely clients enough for your continued support and understanding. 💜

I'm not having much luck at the mo.
Off for a few weeks due to the back going out.
That sparked a Fibro/FND flare.
Now this flu.

Firstly thank you for your patience and understanding.
The back saga week 3 I think.
I'm still on pain patches to help me keep mobile.
I'm unfortunately not able to do full days.
At the moment I am limiting myself to one client a day. Limited to certain treatments.
I will be popping out messages next few days.

The Thai Foot Massage sticks are on route.
I don't think I've enjoyed learning a new treatment for a long time as much as I love this one.
I'm really looking forward to offering this to my clients.
When we are on these courses the question always asked is "how much to charge for this treatment "
So in some the hotel spas this 1 hour treatment can cost £120
City salons/spas are from £75 upwards.
Then you counter in where your demographic is.
We are in the North East of Scotland and can't charge that excessive amount here.
So us therapists will always try and keep prices at a reasonable level.
I'm thinking of £45 for this 1 hour treatment.

I'll do another post describing what the treatment involves/benefits etc.
I hope you are gonna love this treatment as much as I do. 🙏
