The Thai Foot Massage sticks are on route.
I don't think I've enjoyed learning a new treatment for a long time as much as I love this one.
I'm really looking forward to offering this to my clients.
When we are on these courses the question always asked is "how much to charge for this treatment "
So in some the hotel spas this 1 hour treatment can cost £120
City salons/spas are from £75 upwards.
Then you counter in where your demographic is.
We are in the North East of Scotland and can't charge that excessive amount here.
So us therapists will always try and keep prices at a reasonable level.
I'm thinking of £45 for this 1 hour treatment.

I'll do another post describing what the treatment involves/benefits etc.
I hope you are gonna love this treatment as much as I do. 🙏

Hi
I posted well in advance that I was going off on holiday.
I promised myself after all the years in business I was going to be strong this time, for the first time ever and not answer any calls/messages regarding work. To totally switch off and actually have a holiday.
As at times sending messages back and forth can take hours as my fellow therapists will know. So nope I was not spending my time off doing that.
Now I understand some don't see our business posts due to the algorithm thingy, but please if you are thinking of booking in always click onto the page and check if I am working.
I have had the online booking system for nearly two years please go onto it to book.

I take exception to one message in particular.
Calling me rude for not responding back and that she would go elsewhere and lost a customer.
Firstly you've never been here and I wouldn't want you as a customer with that kind of attitude.
Also to the lady who came to my home asking my Grandson if I still did massages, he explained yes but she's on holiday then asking for my mobile number.
Absolutely crossing the line with that.
I am back to work tomorrow so I will be answering messages.

I've had a few of my new clients open up about their mental health.
Especially men, of all ages.
I've listened, and to have someone just listen can make a huge difference to our mental/emotional well being.
I've advised them on where they can go to get support.
I feel extremely privileged that they have felt safe to open up and I thank you for that.
Massage is not only to relieve sore muscles/relieve tension. It really does help with anxiety, sleep problems.
It is also so important for folks to feel safe and talk about what is going on with them.
There are lots of help out there, it's finding the right one for you.
Firstly I always recommend talking with their family if they can. Book an appointment with your GP.
