All I can say about this new treatment that I've created to heal trauma in the body and the mind is.............WOW, WOW, WOW ✨💖💫

This treatment has emerged after 5 years of intensive spiritual studies and combining with my studies in Trauma, massage, bioenergy and energy healing. Using Ancient Wisdom, working with the 5 elementals of Air, Earth, Fire, Water and ETHER.

Sound wave healing also used, to create deep healing in the body on a cellular level.

I have been piloting this on my regular clients and some lucky new ones. All have said that after 1 treatment they felt lighter in energy. This treatment is absolutely for the mind, body and soul. Love, love, love doing this treatment.

It is an introductory price of £60.00 for the month of March and will be set at £70.00 thereafter.

I have not been on for a while, as been deep in spiritual studies. Its been a magical mystery tour and all my lessons are on healing trauma. This has led me to create the Ashes to Ashes treatment, which involves ancient wisdom, deep energy cleanse, chakra balancing and soul retrieval. Getting back to Au Natural with the Natural Lift Facial, this treatment lasts for one hour and their is also deep reiki healing involved in this treatment too. It's a reawakening of the facial muscles and reprogramming of muscle memory, using ancient wisdom and techniques that were used by our ancestors of long ago.

Happy 2026 to you. Apologies for the lack of posts, I got buried in my studies. I have been doing extensive studies on mental and emotional trauma and the impact on the mind and the body. This has been driven by my own difficult journey through Complex PTSD and years of study to overcome a mind that was stuck in anxiety and insecurity. This has led me to create a new treatment which embraces all of my studies Reiki Master, energy healer, Shaman and Ancient Wisdom that was once lost to us, its through my studies I have found a deep and beautiful healing and I'm now able to bring this treatment to help people heal their inner trauma.
