My massage is intuitive....I guess my energy healing comes into play. I feel blocks in a person's energy flow. I don't always see it as a knot in the muscle, I see it as a block in the energy flow of your body, which is causing problems with the muscles and everything else. Doing reiki healing on the problem point, means that it is not painful and brings a healthy flow into your body. It's such a privilege to do my work. I spend time really getting to know my clients, as I am fully aware that our physical pain can come from our inner stress and we are holding on to past events, which cause tension and illness in our bodies.

While I do treatments, I always ensure that I work the nervous system and use energy healing to bring deeper healing to my clients. Massage is a wonderful healing technique. I have found that blending it with my other studies in energy healing and trauma therapy, when I work with a client I am not just healing the muscles, I am also healing the energy flow, by clearing and healing techniques.

It's so amazing to know that my treatments are bringing peace and comfort to my clients.

Ok some makeup on in the first one, makeup free in the second one. This is after 3 sessions of Natural Lift Facial massage. I have noticed a huge difference in my lines and sagging. My face is firmer and the vertical lines and marionette lines are softer.

This treatment is quick and focuses on the muscles. The difference is not like going for a facelift, but there is definite difference and I have been getting so many comments on my skin.
This treatment is amazing as it uses specific massage techniques to energise and lift the muscles in your face. Also facial acupressure points are worked to bring healing to the body and the lymphatic system is worked to help drain toxins from the body.

Frozen shoulders create so much havoc and pain. I'm known for healing and fixing frozen shoulders.

If you're suffering book in for a 30 minute treatment. All of my treatments use reiki healing, hot stones and bamboo. It's important for me to make it affordable to people.

A 30 minute session is only £30 and if you want to add in the magic of sound wave healing add another £5.00 (usually £10) to your treatment.

I love doing my treatments and I am blessed with beautiful regular clients. I have an opening for 2 more regular clients.
For health and wellbeing I recommend at least a massage every 4 weeks. Massage works every system in your body. I add reiki healing and it becomes even more magically healing. You can upgrade to a Sound Wave massage, this takes healing onto a whole new level.
Putting your health as a priority, it's important to look after the inner workings of your body and not just surface level.

I am loving this new treatment. It is bringing more softness and brighter complexion. It is so natural it is unbelievable........all using simple and effective massage techniques and natural oils.

We can spend a fortune on facial products to reduce wrinkles..... it's like putting a paper stitch on a arm that's hanging off. It's all about the muscles.....
