30 MINUTE STRESS BUSTER........

Stress is the biggest energy killer. WE are carrying so much stress in our system, unprocessed emotions of grief, pain of rejection or bullying. We burry it down, it does not go away, it stays there waiting for you to heal it.

This is a quick heal system, not as intense or deep as other treatments that I do, it does lighten your load. You can choose different treatments, all of them focus on the nervous system and you can add on your preferred area to be treated....
Embrace a healing foot massage, hand massage or cranium massage.

Crystals, energy healing, sound waves are all incorporated into this treatment.

All of my treatments have been created from years of study from ancient wisdom, angelology, brain neuroplasticity and trauma and the mind and body. As a Reiki Master and someone who suffered for a lifetime with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, all of these factors have played a huge factor in helping me to heal my internal world, a mind of chaos and a body of pain. My studies have brought me a peaceful mind and a healthy body.

I have been busy creating new powerful healing treatments, adding to the healing of Indian Head massage, by incorporating crystals to cleanse, heal and protect your energy. Using energy healing to magnify the healing and also soundwaves to empower your healing.

ASHES TO LIGHT........Healing your inner vibration with Ancient Wisdom techniques and practices.

This treatment is magical, I am constantly amazed at the power of the healing. This treatment uses the magic of Mother Earth, ashes from the trees and clay from the soil to make a poultice to heal the nervous system. To calm your inner vibration from flight, fight or freeze. To soothe it and bring it back into a comfort vibration. Using the gems of G*i, natural crystals to remove hard energy and then crystals to promote healing and protection.

Art is used to heal and protect. People who have come for this treatment, have said that they can't believe. The difference in how they feel immediately after, but also it is the gift that keeps on giving. Situations arise that would have caused immediate distress and they are able to deal with it more calmly, as the heavy internal weight they have been carrying has been lifted, so they are able to think more clearly and rationally.

Amazing days at work and Im renaming this treatment to 'Ashes to Light'. Every treatment I do amazes me, the best part is seeing and hearing how this treatment has such a positive impact. Everyone after the treatment says they feel lighter and like a weight has been removed them.
Stress, grief, pain, depression all weigh on us and impact on quality of life.

Our bodies hold our score......they hold all our stress and hard experiences. They continue on the journey through our nervous system, through the body and back again, flushing through our brain. Our thoughts and feelings held ransom by things that have been done to us and done by us.

Ashes to Ashes treatment - This treatment is a must if you are heavy or low in mood. The focus is on the nervous system, clearing stagnant and toxic energy and improving flow of the Central nervous system.

Ashes to Ashes is a treatment to heal unresolved grief, stress and trauma that is stuck in the nervous system.

Step 1 - Crystal massage and clearance of the nervous system and head.
Step 2 - Healing poultice applied on the nervous system and soles of feet. Whilst poultice is working you receive a head massage and reiki treatment to cleanse the chakras.
Step 3 - Energy Centres in the body are drawn onto and connected.
